Who We Are
Ponteland War Memorial Hall opened in 1922. Built as a memorial to the fallen of World War One, the building was paid for by the residents of Ponteland.
Today, the hall continues its role as a community centre and social hub of Ponteland and the surrounding area. We have a range of rooms available for hire for most uses.
As a registered charity we rely on grants, income from hiring out rooms and donations. If you'd like to help support us by making a donation - then please do so. Every penny helps us. Large or small, we are grateful for every single donation.
..until our 98th anniversary
“I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.”
