A professional fitted kitchen is available for :
• the reheating and/or holding fully cooked food that has been delivered from a kitchen outside the PMH where the food has been prepared;
• storage of cold ready-to-eat items;
• portioning and serving of bulk products either delivered from a kitchen outside the PMH or requiring no preparation; and
• preparing hot beverages.
